Straight from Addas Abebe, Ethiopia, MESALI chef Musa will teach you how to prepare and cook delicious shuro-chick peas, goman--collared greens, misir azisa-lentils, string beans-atkirt watt, tikil gomen—cabbage, and yemisir watt-spicy lentil. You will prepare and cook with unique and spungy ingera-Ethiopian bread. All attendees get to eat their work.
All career development lectures and cultural events are open to the public. While events are inexpensive, MESALI students attend at a discount or for FREE. We aim to reward MESALI students.
