Fees and Refund Policy
The Middle East and South Asia Language Institute is pleased to offer a wide variety of foreign language courses. Students who enroll in MESALI's language courses have the added benefit of free attendance to both the institute's career development lecture series and an array of cultural events. The career development lecture series will host speakers from the US State Department, Congressional Committees, National Public Radio and more.
Cost of MESALI:
All Foreign Language 10-week courses:
Early Bird Fee (before May 23): $300
Regular Fee (after May 23): $325
Career Development Lecture Series and Cultural Events- Included
Non-enrolled attendees: $10 admission
How to Enroll: To enroll in MESALI, please fill out a Student Application found in the Menu above and send to registration@dcinternationals.com. For more information, as well as placement and proficiency, email Ross Kaplan at ross@dcinternationals.com

Class Withdrawal and Refund Policies:
Withdrawal Policy:
Any student may withdraw from a class at any time but is entitled to a refund only when:
• He/she withdraws no later than the beginning of the second class (please see academic calendar)
AND
• He/she submits in an email only, his/her withdrawal to Ross at ross@dcinternationals.com
• OR
• DC Internationals cancels the class. Should DC Internationals cancel a class, the students in the class are eligible to receive a full refund of the tuition
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be issued according to the following schedule:
• 80% of tuition will be refunded if withdrawal request is received in writing prior to the start of the first class as indicated on the Academic Calendar.
• 60% of the balance will be refunded if withdrawal request is received in writing between the first class and the beginning of the second class, No refunds are provided after the second class.

There are two options to register for classes: 1) you can register and pay online using paypal, by clicking on the class of your choice in the left hand column of the home page. 2) by mail, by completing a student application Student Application and enclosing a check-payments made out to "DC Internationals" to:
