Straight from Rabat, Morocco, MESALI chef Adnaan will teach you how to prepare and cook an array of delicious famous Moroccan dishes, including vegetarian tajeen—the Moroccan national dish, filfla mateesha— hot roasted tomato and peppers, and cumin and vinegar carrot salad. He will teach you how to prepare famous Moroccan hot sweet mint tea. You will drink your tea while enjoying Moroccan sweets! You will indubitably end your meal by saying “al-hum dulilah!”
